The sports services of the municipality of Hollola organize versatile sports opportunities and guided sports as well as sports counseling.
Guided exercise groups are available for adults. Sports clubs and the Wellamo College also organize guided sports activities for adults and children in many sports venues in the municipality.

Registration for guided indoor exercise groups is in week 3, Thursday, January 15th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the main library's event square, and the online store for the products in question opens at the same time, Thursday, January 15th, at 1:00 PM. You can book your exercise group either in the online store or by coming to the event square to book a group, which you will pay at the Piipahlus cashier afterwards. Only paid exercise will secure your place in the group. Those who booked their group in the last hours of the fall term will pay the exercise fee according to the instructions received in the first hour of February.
The price for the spring season is 25 euros. The functional gym starts on March 6.3th (not April 3.4rd).

Hollola's sports services offers exercise counseling, which is carried out at the Salpakakka health center. Free exercise counseling is intended for those who do not exercise enough in terms of their health and well-being. The exercise counselor provides information about health-promoting exercise and the municipality's exercise opportunities, as well as support for goals that are planned together with the exerciser, taking into account the wishes. Exercise counseling is a step-by-step and goal-oriented process that includes meetings and/or contacts between the client and professionals.

Indoor exercise
In Hollola, you have the opportunity to practice a variety of indoor sports. There are indoor gyms for almost every use, from ice rinks to school gymnasiums.
Gyms
The remaining time on Hollola swimming pool season tickets will not be refunded once the swimming pool reopens after renovations – this applies to all season tickets, including special swimming tickets. Series tickets and unused water aerobics tickets are valid and will be transferred from the card to the new payment system once the swimming pool reopens.
Due to reasons beyond our control, the completion of the gym is delayed from previously announced. 15.3.2026 schedule. There is currently no more detailed information about the opening of the gym, we will inform you about the opening date later.
The gym will be equipped with aerobic warm-up equipment for the beginning and end of the workout: an exercise bike, a rowing machine, a stepper and a treadmill. To strengthen muscle condition, there will be several devices for the core, legs and arms, a free weight/barbell training area and benches for dumbbell training.
The Hämeenkoski school gym is intended for independent fitness. The gym is available all year round for those who exercise on their own every day from 5.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m. Access to the gym is with a code.
The gym in Hämeenkoski has aerobic warm-up equipment for the beginning and end of the workout – an exercise bike, a rowing machine and a stepper. There are several devices for strengthening the muscles for the middle body, legs and hands. In addition, the gym has a place for barbell training, benches for dumbbell training and other exercise-related equipment.
Monthly/seasonal use of the Hämeenkoski gym can be redeemed at the Hämeenkoski library, the business center in Piipahlus and the Hollola swimming pool during their opening hours. After paying, you will receive the code in your email within about two days. The entrance to the gym is from the front yard of the school, looking at the end on the left. There is no barrier-free access to the gym. The age limit for the gym is over 12 years.

In the Timmi space reservation system, you can see the free and reserved spaces of Hollola's spaces for rent.Hollola municipality has several facilities suitable for different needs. You can apply for facilities for sports, hobby activities, parties, meetings, training and various events. Timmi can be browsed freely without a domain name. Reservations are not created directly in the calendar, but the staff accepts all reservations. Please note the delay when making a reservation, e.g. weekend reservations must be made by 10 am on Friday at the latest. It is still a good idea to make reservations at short notice by phone, so you will be informed immediately. Piipahlus is open Mon–Thu 9 am–16 pm and Fri 9 am–15 pm. Uncancelled and unused shifts will be invoiced.
