The manor's perennial crop fields

The rental of the manor's perennial agricultural plots is managed by the municipality of Hollola and, in the 2025 growing season, rental operations are provided by the municipality's employment and integration services.  

The new cultivation and rental season for agricultural plots is from May 1.5 to October 31.10 each year. Plots are always rented for the entire growing season, and farmers who wish to continue farming on their rented plots have priority.

The seasonal rent for the plot in the 2025 season is: €30 / 100m2.

How do I rent a plot of land?

The vacant plots are freely available to all new interested farmers.

You can reserve a free cultivation plot from the contact person by email at: suvi.asamoa@hollola.fi. Plots will be distributed in the order of registration and new farmers who have reserved a plot will have their reserved plot confirmed, and the terms and conditions and rental payment instructions will be sent by email. After the rental payment has been confirmed, the rental agreement will be signed.

After signing the lease agreement, cultivation can begin immediately.

The rent for the growing season of the plot in 2025 is: €30 / plot.
The size of one plot is 100 m2.

The seasonal rent for a field plot is paid with the following information:

Recipient: Municipality of Hollola
Account number: FI50 5611 1610 0000 26
Message field: “Agricultural plot and numbers of plots rented (e.g. “Agricultural plot 1 and 2”) 

If you don't know your column number yet, you can also put your name in the message field instead of the column numbers.
