Marko Eskolainen says:

I am an entrepreneur from Päijät-Hämee, traditional Hollola. Despite the confusion, decisions and results are made quickly and professionally after good consideration. Work experience in most of the services I offer has been accumulated over a period of more than twenty years.

I offer my clients services that I manage well. The safety issues of playgrounds have been my job since 1997 and the pace in that field is fast. 10 years have also been spent working with local gyms, and the same years in the development work of the European Organization for Standardization's safety standards give perspective to the past and especially to the future. 

Safety assessment of plans
The service includes a detailed assessment of the overall safety of a new or renovated playground or local sports venue. The assessment is made on the basis of the object's plan documents in the planning phase. If necessary, the service includes a field trip to the planning site. The service is also offered to parkour and skateboard areas.

Commissioning inspection
The service includes a comprehensive commissioning inspection of a new or renovated playground, skate park and neighborhood gym before commissioning the facility. A written, pictorial report is included in the price, which automatically includes an assessment of the risk level of possible deficiencies. The service does not include the HIC test of drop platforms.

Safety and annual inspections
The service includes a comprehensive security inspection of the existing playground, skate park, and neighborhood gym with a written report. The report includes possible safety deficiencies and an assessment of their risk level, as well as, if desired, suggestions for correction. The service does not include the HIC test of drop platforms. The service can also be extended to the entire organization's playground property. The company's service offering also includes an annual inspection according to Standard SFS EN 1176-7

Training services 

For the safety of playgrounds and community sports and the development of the maintenance of green areas, training packages of different lengths are tailored according to the customer's needs and wishes.

In the supervision and development work of the maintenance of green areas, you can see the many challenges of the maintenance work. You can often see the state of maintenance and pain points better from the outside than from the inside, and I have developed this eye. I help in that we create motivating means together to improve overall maintenance and at the same time the landscape.

I am satisfied with my work when my client has received at least what he set out to get through my service. I believe that this will also happen in practice in our joint projects.
