I am a new entrepreneur of Aerodiggarei (occupational physiotherapist-fitness nurse-Personal trainer) from November 2019, when I started running the fitness center in Hollola, which has been in operation since the early 90s. Aerodiggarit moved to the current Keskuskatu premises in the early 2000s. In addition to me, the staff at the fitness center includes a gym and customer service worker, as well as 3 part-time instructors.
I am an occupational physiotherapist, fitness nurse and personal trainer and a long-term experienced professional whose capable hands and guidance have already helped many thousands of people - whether it was physiotherapy, getting rid of various pains and bruises, or even getting in better and lighter shape.
We serve in the treatment of weight loss or toning, muscle mass increase and musculoskeletal disorders. Posture and muscle balance can be improved with the help of the individual physiotherapeutic training program I have drawn up. We also have advice for general well-being and health promotion and, if necessary, acute instructions and treatment for pain symptoms of muscles, joints and other body parts.
Physiotherapy, Massage, Footbalance; as novelties Dry cupping & Hot stone massage are our new services. We do physiotherapy, massage, Footbalance insoles in the premises of Fitness Center Loisto (Aerodiggarit) in Hollola, and we also offer personal training and exercise services. New in the treatments are dry cupping (spot and sliding cupping) and relaxing hot stone massage.
Gym training is of great importance for health. According to studies, exercise has an effective preventive effect on the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, and it is an invaluable aid in the rehabilitation of various injuries.
The group exercise classes and personal training services I lead increase muscle strength and lighten the body. Every week, in the renovated and clean premises of the Fitness Center Loisto (Aerodiggarit), you can participate in group exercise classes, which are now available 16 hours/week - for every taste. In addition to me, there are 3 part-time instructors in the fitness center who also guide the gym. The range of classes offers a wide variety of everything, e.g. New Step Core Board (balance board), Lavis, Spinning, HIIT (interval class), Zumba, Pump Up (muscular endurance class), Hyvä Ryhti & Hulavanne, RVP (thigh-abdominal-buttocks), Gym circuit training & new TBC class, where the whole body is examined in a variety of ways, raising the heart rate and training muscle condition and body control. There are also suitable options for seniors, and the instructors take into account trainers of different fitness levels. However, this year's very NEW is the Kangoo Power interval class! Everyone will surely find their favorites in the group exercise offer. If necessary, you can of course hire me as a Personal Trainer and get the results you want with my help, if you want more individual guidance under the guidance of a professional. The customer can make an appointment for e.g. an initial physical therapy assessment if the customer has pains or ailments or, for example, posture problems that can affect the initiation and dosing of exercise or otherwise pose challenges to the implementation of exercise. As a long-term physiotherapist, I have practical experience, versatile know-how and expertise to prepare training and fitness programs suitable for the client in different situations, taking into account the client's state of health and e.g. the doctor's instructions or a referral to physiotherapy. Customers can also come to our office without a doctor's referral, because we have a long working experience in the reception of pain patients, when I worked in occupational health care for more than 10 years and in a health center as a physiotherapist for 6 years.
Weight Management & Loss Groups - Body for Life & Weight Trainer Classes
My intention is to launch the Weight Trainer weight loss program and the Body for Life courses to get your life in shape in 12 weeks soon. The length of the courses is approx. 3-4 months and from both courses the participant gets good information, content (written material) and skills to keep the weight under control independently. The courses include body composition measurements, taking weight and body measurements at regular meetings, filling in food and exercise diaries (checked by the instructor), instructor lectures and separate exercise/workout sessions together. The participant also receives a gym program and instructions for independent movement. The Body for Life course lasts 3-4 months, depending on the length of self-training and the goals set by the customer. It is more tied to gym training than the Weight Trainer course and aims above all at hard fitness. Weight Trainer weight loss also includes mental training and its guidelines are 4 guiding stars: Mental Training and Nutrition, Exercise, Good Energy.
