Company story of EKOMUOVI Oy

CEO Tero Tupakka says:

Ekomuovi Oy is a company in the plastics industry founded in 2001, which means that the company already has a history of more than 20 years. Our office is located in Hollola's Salpakakka industrial area, where we have our own, approximately 1800 m², industrial hall facilities. In these facilities, we are able to manufacture even large pieces, because the total height of our hall is a good 8 m. The transfer of large pieces also happens easily and flexibly, because we have a large bridge crane on the roof of the hall at our disposal. In industrial process tanks, the size range is really wide. The smallest tanks have been a few tens of liters and the largest around 80 m³. The tank unit can be equipped with pumps, instruments and electrical automation centers.

Currently, we plastic professionals work in Ekomuovi in ​​total of nine people, of which five are in manufacturing and the rest in sales, projecting and planning. We do all the planning with modern 3D design software, so the pictures are easy to read and they are impressive.

Ekomuovi Oy specializes in the design, manufacture and maintenance repairs of various thermoplastic products and why not other plastic solutions. By thermoplastic products, we mainly mean PE, PP and PVDF materials. As a general rule, we manufacture various tanks, process tanks, dosing machines in accordance with the customer's wishes, and we also install plastic pipelines. We are also able to coat many types of pools, making it safe to store aggressive chemicals, for example.

Ecoplastics also wants to invest heavily in the future and development of production. A good example of this is the three-axis CNC machine center installed in our production facilities on the eve of summer 2022. This has brought us several new opportunities, and an example of this is the subcontracting work done for other companies. We can machine a maximum of 2000 x 4000 mm sheet pieces into products according to the customer's pictures.
