Paassilta business area for industry and storage

The Paassilla business area is located in Hollola at the intersection of Riihimäentie and Highway 12, in connection with the Soramäki interchange. The center of Lahti is about 10 minutes away. The location of the area offers smooth transport connections to the Lahti region and national main roads. On the other side of the interchange is the Hopeakallio business area.

Paassilta is a business park designed for industrial and logistics operations. The area can accommodate a variety of industrial, warehousing and logistics businesses. Currently, the Hollola rescue station, lighting manufacturer Karlux Oy and infrastructure construction company InfRocks Oy operate there, among others.

The plots in the area are pre-built for construction. The plot division in the local plan is indicative, which allows for flexible planning of the plots according to the needs of the companies. The plots are available for rent or purchase, and their size can be tailored to the needs of the company.
