The industrial and warehousing business area is located in Hollola in Paassi just a 10-minute drive from Lahti. The area is at the Vt 12 intersection of Riihimäentie and Lahti's southern ring road, next to the Soramäki interchange. On the other side of the junction is the industrial and warehousing business area from Paas. Lahti's southern ring road and Vt 12 offer excellent logistical connections all over Finland
