The industrial and warehousing business area is located in Hollola in Paassilta just a 10-minute drive from Lahti. The area is at the intersection of Riihimäentie and Lahti Southern Ring Road Vt 12, next to the Soramäki interchange. On the other side of the interchange is the Hopeakallio business area. Lahti Southern Ring Road and Vt 12 provide excellent logistical connections to all parts of Finland.

The business area of ​​Paassilta is not located in the groundwater area and is therefore perfectly suitable for industry and logistics operators.
