Paassilta business area

The Paassilta industrial and warehousing business area in Hollola is located just 10 minutes by car from Lahti. The area is at the Vt 12 intersection of Riihimäentie and Lahti's southern ring road, next to the Soramäki interchange.

Kukonkoivu business area

The Kukonkoivu business district, located west of the Hollola municipal center, is a vibrant hub of industry and land transport operations.

Salpakangas business district

The approximately 114 ha Salpakankaa business area is located with good logistical and transport connections, only 1,7 km from the new Vt12 ring road junction in Hollola and 8 km from Lahti. The first companies were located in the business area already in the 1960s. Today, there are over 200 companies operating in the Salpakankaa business area.

Ojastenmäki business area

The location of the Ojastenmäki business district along Highway 12 offers excellent logistical connections for companies. Lahti is approximately 20 minutes away, Riihimäki and Hämeenlinna are less than an hour away, and the Helsinki metropolitan area is just over an hour away by car.

Nostava logistics area

The Nostava area, located south of the Salpakangas municipal center, is ideally suited for modern inland terminal operations that can meet diverse future needs. Nostava is located in the immediate vicinity of the Lahti-Helsinki Expressway and Vt 12, the new Lahti southern ring road, and next to the international road and rail network.
