The subsidies granted to entrepreneurs are also affected by the general block exemption regulation on state aid. The block exemption regulation states that the aid intensity of public aid may not exceed 50% of the eligible costs. For RPA subsidies, the municipal supplement together with the state wage subsidy may not exceed the maximum aid intensities determined by the RPA.
