Help for employers from employment services

At Hollola Municipality's Employment Services, we provide guidance and coaching to unemployed job seekers from Hollola and support employers in finding the right employee for the company's needs.
We cooperate with e.g. With the Häme TE office, the Päijät-Häme welfare association, associations, companies and employers, as well as the various administrations of the municipality of Hollola.

Our goal is to organize and develop services that promote employment, to promote a responsible employment policy, to improve the job market position and livelihood of the unemployed, and to prevent the increase in costs to the municipality caused by unemployment.

We can map employees and trainees to the employer's needs

We offer entrepreneurs and other employers help in recruiting employees. Hollola participates in the municipal experiment of employment, where the majority of local job seekers shop.
Regarding possible recruitment needs, you can contact tel. 0447801217 or e-mail tyollisyspalvelut@hollola.fi.

Job search event Hollola's Työpaiktaetretti

The municipality of Hollola has organized a local job search event in the spring and autumn, Työpäikkätreftit, for local employers and job seekers to meet. Participation is free of charge, but it is good to book your seats in advance due to room reservations. Employers have found the event useful based on the feedback, and regular participants have already formed. More information/registration: tyollisyspalvelut@hollola.fi.

New entrants to the field from a work trial

In the municipal trial, there are customers who are thinking about their own career options or are about to return to working life. Work trial is a good opportunity for both the job seeker and the employer. A work trial is not an employment relationship, but a service that promotes employment, during which a work trialer who is planning his career gets confirmation of his future career choices by working in a genuine work environment, and at the same time the employer gets to know the work trialer's skills.

More experts through the apprenticeship contract

An apprenticeship is a good way to train a specialist for the company. The apprenticeship contract is based on an employment relationship, and during the contract, the employer may have the opportunity to receive financial support of 50% of the employee's salary. Ask for advice on using wage support.
