Decisions and availability of office holders

The office holders have the authority to make decisions based on the law or an administrative rule approved by the council, or on the basis of a delegation decision derived from the administrative rule. Decisions must comply with the law, and the office holder has official responsibility corresponding to the authority.

Decisions by the office holder and the appeal instructions attached to them are kept visible on the municipality's general information network as stipulated in Section 140 of the Municipal Act, unless otherwise stipulated by the provisions on confidentiality.

The member of the municipality is considered to have received information about the decision seven days after the minutes are available on the municipality's website
