Culture and welfare committee

The education and welfare committee takes care of organizing the municipality's day care and early childhood education services, as well as school, cultural, library and youth activities. The tasks of the committee are defined in the administrative regulations of the municipality of Hollola.

The culture and well-being committee's presenter is the culture and well-being director. When he is prevented or hindered, the person assigned to replace him acts as presenter.

The student section of the education and welfare committee decides

• for giving special support against the will of the guardian
• as a disciplinary punishment for expelling the student for a fixed period (maximum 3 months).
