The agendas of the municipal institutions are published on the municipality's website in the public information network already before the meetings of the institutions.

Municipal board usually meets on Mondays at 16 p.m. The meeting agenda is published on the public information network, as a rule, on the Thursday before the meeting.

Council meets approximately every two months. The meeting day is Monday at 18 p.m. The agenda is published on the public information network, as a rule, on the Tuesday before the meeting.

Council meetings are open to the public and are broadcast live. 21.8.2023 According to the §177 decision, meetings can only be followed live online during the meeting. The live broadcast is not recorded and cannot be viewed afterwards or on-site at the various meeting locations.

Committees and other institutions meet at times decided by the institution.

The minutes of the institutions with instructions for rectification requests or complaint instructions are kept in the public information network after inspection, as stipulated in Section 140 of the Municipal Act. Before the minutes are published on the municipality's website, confidential information is removed from the minutes. The minutes are kept available on the public information network for about two years after the meetings. The member of the municipality is considered to have received information about the decision seven days after the minutes are visible on the public information network.
