If you want a personal answer, please leave your contact information in the feedback. The feedback given to the municipality is answered by the responsible persons appointed by the work units, who, if necessary, also include other subject matter experts in the discussion. The aim is to give the answer within about one (1) week, if the topic does not require extensive investigation work. Sometimes a conversation started via the feedback channel is not enough. You can then agree with the defendant how to continue handling the matter.
If you give publication permission, your feedback and answers can be published. Before publication, the communicative goal of the content is evaluated, so that other users of the service can also take advantage of the shared information. The published feedback should be:
- businesslike
- succinct
- topical.
Do not add any sensitive information to the feedback, such as social security numbers, bank account numbers, health information or similar. You can also leave your Feedback anonymously.
