The teams will consist of local residents, a representative of the village association and representatives of local organizations. The application is open to all residents of the four villages.
The groups operate independently with the support of the project, also determining how often the group wants to meet. All groups will be introduced to their tasks in November 2025, village-specific. The group will vote, including a chairperson, who will be responsible for promoting the group's activities. The groups are not registered associations and do not have a budget.
The project will form village-level village safety groups to support the work and ensure continuity. Through the village safety groups, a village-specific village safety plan, contingency cards, an event safety guide and a village event rescue plan template will be produced. In addition, we will consider a possible backup communication network in case of disruptions, and as the project progresses, a small exercise for the village can be planned. There is no need to start from scratch, as there is a lot of ready-made material that can be used to tailor the activities of your own village.
