Price list for rental spaces

Culture and welfare committee 20.11.2024 By decision, from 1.1.2025 January XNUMX, the fees for facilities in the cultural and welfare service area and for gyms and sports halls will be determined according to the criteria below, with the exception of swimming pools and ice rinks, for which the aim is to refrain from increasing the rent level. Rent will be charged for activities organized for business or economic purposes as before.

The following are subject to a fee:

1. Competition, tournament and/or match activities

• Competitive sports-related activity/event (excluding games for under-18 and A-juniors of Hollola associations). Practices are free of charge.

1. Shifts for individuals and associations from outside the municipality

• No fee is charged from associations whose activities are aimed at residents of Hollola (children, youth, A – juniors), when at least half or more of the participants/team are residents of Hollola.

1. Corporate activities and special occasions

• Rent will be charged for activities organized for business or economic purposes as before. Special events such as concerts, theaters, parties, exhibitions, screenings and similar events, private business-based activities and events for which an entrance fee is charged will also be subject to a fee.

1. Uncancelled/unused shifts

• A hobby/standard shift (applies to all bookable hobby facilities) is invoiced according to the rates confirmed by the Education and Wellbeing Committee, if it has not been cancelled 7 days before the shift in question.

2. Swimming pool shifts and other use of the indoor swimming pool facilities (sauna on request, swimming fees).
3. Appointments reserved for celebrations (e.g. birthdays).
4. Unauthorized use/Misuse of premises

• Using the facilities without prior reservation.
• Using space for a purpose other than that for which it is reserved.
• Use of non-reserved spaces.

1. The school's special classes are for educational purposes only: music, home economics, technical and textile work, natural sciences, physics and chemistry, and visual arts.
2. Conventional teaching facilities can be made available for hobby activities under the above conditions if the space is deemed suitable for that purpose.
3. When using the sports facilities for purposes other than sports, the tenant must ensure, at their own expense, that the floor is adequately protected in accordance with the instructions of the facilities services.
4. To avoid undue liability, the person responsible for the use of the premises or the leader of the event/activity to be organized must check the condition of the premises before the start of the shift and report any deficiencies or damage immediately. Any additional costs resulting from any deficiencies or damage will be invoiced to the person causing the damage.
5. The use of intoxicants is strictly prohibited in the premises available for use.
