Reservations for the municipality's facilities are handled centrally at the Customer Service Center in Piipahlu.
In the Timmi space reservation system, you can see the free and reserved spaces of Hollola's spaces for rent.
Standard shifts for sports/hobby facilities for the 2025-2026 season are available from 1.4. -29.4.2025 at 12.00:4.8.2025. The indoor sports/hobby season is from 31.5.2026 -15.4.2024. The facilities of the Hollola swimming pool and multi-purpose building are not available from 1.1.2026 to 1.9.2025. Shifts for the multi-purpose hall and swimming pool can be applied for in November. Judo hall shifts only for associations. Ice rink season 2.4.2026-23 (not closed on 25.12.2025-26.12, 31.12.2025. only public skating and 1.1.2026 -24 closed). Other sports/hobby facilities closed 25.12.2025-XNUMX.
The municipality of Hollola has several facilities suitable for different needs. You can apply for facilities for exercise, hobby activities, parties, meetings, trainings and various events. Explore the booking possibilities, the program can be browsed freely without domain names.
Reservations are not made directly in the calendar, but the staff accepts all reservations. Please note the delay when making a reservation, e.g. weekend reservations must be made by 10 a.m. on Friday at the latest. Reservations made at short notice should still be made by phone, and you will receive the information immediately.
Uncancelled and unused shifts will be billed.
Instructions for using the Timmi reservation system
- Register as a user to the premises of the municipality.

An unregistered browser does not have the right to apply for shifts on WebTimm. - After approved processing, you will receive to your email about accepting the information
- Log in by your giving with your ID to the service.
- Search for premises performed via "mode profiles" Select the desired mode
- Update the selected spaces in the calendar
- Choose the time you want from the calendar that opens on the right side
- The boxes shown in white are free slots where you can leave shift requests.
- You can bring up the application form by clicking once during free time. (white box)
- Filling out the application form
- "Reservation information" - enter the name of the reservation/event (which describes the event)
- "Booker" - the organization you represent or if you book your name as an individual
- Check the time and date of the reservation (note the difference between a standard reservation and an individual reservation)
- If necessary, use the "additional booking information" field
- Finally, press the "Create application" button
- Termination takes place by pressing the "Log out" link
Decision accepted or rejected in turn, the matter is also sent to the one in the basic information to email.
