Reservations for the municipality's facilities are handled centrally at the Customer Service Center in Piipahlu.
In the Timmi space reservation system, you can see the free and reserved spaces of Hollola's spaces for rent.
The regular shifts of the exercise/hobby facilities for the season 2024-2025 can be applied for on 2.4. - 29.4. at 12.00:6.8.2024. The indoor exercise/hobby season is 31.5.2025 August 15.4.2024 - 1.1.2026 May 26.8.2024. The premises of the Hollola swimming hall-multipurpose building are not available from 6.4.2025 April 23 to 25.12.2024 January 26.12. Judo room shifts will be applied for later. Reservations are not made directly in the calendar, but the staff accepts all reservations. Please note the delay when making a reservation, e.g. weekend reservations must be made by 10 a.m. on Friday at the latest. Reservations made at short notice should still be made by phone, and you will receive the information immediately.
Uncancelled and unused shifts will be billed.

- Choose the time you want from the calendar that opens on the right side

- "Reservation information" - enter the name of the reservation/event (which describes the event)
- "Booker" - the organization you represent or if you book your name as an individual
- Check the time and date of the reservation (note the difference between a standard reservation and an individual reservation)
- If necessary, use the "additional booking information" field
- Finally, press the "Create application" button
- Termination takes place by pressing the "Log out" link
Decision accepted or rejected in turn, the matter is also sent to the one in the basic information to email.
