Timmi - reservation system

Reservations for the municipality's facilities are handled centrally at the Customer Service Center Piipahlus.
The Timmi space reservation system allows you to see the available and reserved spaces for rent in Hollola. 
Standard shifts for sports/hobby facilities for the 2025-2026 season are available for application on April 1.4. -29.4.2025 at 12 p.m.
The indoor sports/hobby season is 4.8.2025 August 31.5.2026 - XNUMX May XNUMX.
The facilities of the Hollola swimming pool and multi-purpose building will not be available from 15 April 2024 to 1 February 2026. You can apply for shifts in the multi-purpose hall and swimming pool from 10 November to 10 December 2025 for the spring season from 2 February to 31 May 2026. Shifts in the judo hall are only for associations.
Ice rink season 1.9.2025-2.4.2026 (closed 23.-25.12.2025, on Boxing Day 26.12. public skating only and closed 31.12.2025 -1.1.2026). Other sports/hobby facilities are closed 24.-25.12.2025.

The municipality of Hollola has several facilities suitable for different needs. You can search for facilities for sports, hobby activities, parties, meetings, training and various events. Explore booking options, you can browse the program freely without domain names.

Reservations are not made directly to the calendar, but Piipahlus staff accepts all reservations. Please note the delay when making a reservation, e.g. weekend reservations must be made by 10 a.m. on Friday at the latest. It is still a good idea to make short-notice reservations by phone, so you will be informed immediately. The reserved space is accessed either with a key or a code. Instructions for accessing and using the space will be provided upon confirmation. The association or the caller pays for the call of an on-call attendant to open the door for recreational activities. The on-call attendant is only called in case of an emergency.

Uncancelled and unused shifts will be billed. 

Instructions for using the Timmi reservation system

  1. Register as a user to the premises of the municipality.
    Read the registration instructions first.
    An unregistered browser does not have the right to apply for shifts on WebTimm.
  2. After approved processing, you will receive to your email about accepting the information
  3. Log in by your giving with your ID to the service.
  4. Search for premises performed via "mode profiles" Select the desired mode
    • Update the selected spaces in the calendar
    • Choose the time you want from the calendar that opens on the right side
    • The boxes shown in white are free slots where you can leave shift requests.
    • You can bring up the application form by clicking once during free time. (white box)
  5. Filling out the application form
    • "Reservation information" - enter the name of the reservation/event (which describes the event)
    • "Booker" - the organization you represent or if you book your name as an individual
    • Check the time and date of the reservation (note the difference between a standard reservation and an individual reservation)
    • If necessary, use the "additional booking information" field
    • Finally, press the "Create application" button
    • Termination takes place by pressing the "Log out" link

Decision accepted or rejected in turn, the matter is also sent to the one in the basic information to email.
