The Registry service point

The Hollola municipal registry office is a central service point that receives all documents related to the municipality's decision-making. This registry office, which serves the entire municipality, receives both paper and electronic documents and information requests. The registry office provides services in the registration of incoming documents, registration and case management issues, as well as archive services. You will receive information from us about pending matters, decisions, agreements and the progress of document processing.

The Registry Office prefers electronic documents, but paper documents are also converted to electronic format. We recommend using the PDF file format for document submissions.

You can leave mail at the registry office even when it is closed. The mailbox is located next to the C-external door of the municipal office. The registry office is located at the Hollola municipal office.

Notices pursuant to the Local Government Act are made known mainly by publishing them on the municipality's online services and, if necessary, in another manner decided by the municipality.
