The registry office receives documents related to the municipality's decision-making.

The municipality of Hollola has one common registry office that serves the entire municipality. The registry office accepts paper or electronic documents addressed to the municipality, as well as requests for information. The registry office provides registration of incoming documents and other matters related to document registration and case management, as well as archive services. The registry office provides information on pending cases, decisions, agreements and the progress of documents and case proceedings.

The Registry receives the documents to be registered and processed primarily in electronic form. Those that arrived in paper mail will be converted to electronic form. When delivering documents, it is recommended to use PDF as the file format.

You can leave mail at the registry office, even when it is closed. The post box is next to the front door of the municipal office. The registry office is located in the Hollola municipal office.

Announcements

Notifications according to the Municipal Act are mainly made known by publishing them on the municipality's online services. Notifications required by other legislation are made known on the official notice board (former municipal office, Virastotie 3) and, if necessary, in another way decided by the municipality.
