Operations are managed in accordance with the municipal strategy approved by the council. The municipal government manages operations, administration and finances. The municipal manager manages the municipality's administration, finances and other activities under the authority of the municipal board. The council transfers its authority to other institutions and office holders of the municipality by administrative regulation.
