Wilma

Wilma is a communication system and primary communication channel between early childhood education, preschool and home. When a child starts municipal early childhood education, guardians can create a Wilma ID for themselves using Suomi.fi authentication. In identification, guardian information is retrieved through the Digital and Population Information Agency. If you already have a previous Wilma ID for Hollola, you can add your new child to it.

Creating a guardian ID is possible as soon as the child's information has been created in the student administration system (Visma InSchool Primus/Wilma):

• It is possible to obtain guardian IDs for children who start in daycare centers or with a family daycare worker soon after the start of care.
• Guardian IDs for students who start preschool in August can be made from Midsummer.

You cannot create a Wilma ID with a mobile application, but you have to do it by logging in with a web browser.

The guardian's Wilma ID creation bulletin (link below) instructs you to create a ID in the following cases:

1. You do not already have a guardian's Wilma ID
2. You already have a guardian's Wilma ID in Hollola's Wilma and you want to add a new dependent to it
3. You do not have a Finnish personal identification number or for some other reason you cannot use the Suomi.fi identification service
