Salpakangas school organizes music-focused teaching from 3rd to 9th. for classmates. The class is a teaching group in general education, where students have 1-3 more hours of music instruction per year than other teaching groups.

Heinsuo school organizes sports-focused teaching from 5th to 9th. for classmates. The class is a teaching group of general education, where the students mainly have 2 more weekly hours of physical education in compulsory subjects than other teaching groups.

Vesikansa schools offer the opportunity to study German as a voluntary A2 language for all those who want to learn another long language alongside English from the 4th grade of elementary school.

An aptitude test is aimed at focused teaching in music and physical education.

How to apply

There is an application period for focused teaching in music and physical education. 27.1-9.2.2025. Applications are made using an electronic form through the Wilma system. The forms are only visible during the application period when you log in using a web browser, i.e. they are not visible in the mobile application.
