Applying with Wilma's form

Afternoon activities are applied for one school year at a time. The application period is in January. The application is made electronically through Wilma. At other times, you can apply for the activity using a paper form. (Download file).

Allocating a seat

The aim is primarily to grant an afternoon activity place to all students who applied for the activity within the deadline. The needs of children with special support are also taken into account. If there are more applications than resources, the selection is carried out as a lottery based on equal selection criteria. In the first stage, the lottery is conducted among the 1st graders who applied within the deadline, and in the second stage among the others who applied within the deadline, according to the principles of the action plan.

Resignation

You must always notify the afternoon activity instructor and the school's office secretary of dismissal.

The afternoon activity position is terminated in writing (with a Wilma message/web service/paper). The form can be downloaded on this page. If the student resigning from the afternoon activity has the right to school transportation, three business days must be set aside to reorganize it. The termination date is always the last day of the month. Termination cannot be done retroactively. The entire month's fee is charged for the month of notice.
