Winter holiday lean-to trip to Pessa lean-to on Tuesday, February 24.2th, 12-14pm

Youth, senior and sports services are organizing a traditional winter holiday lean-to hike from Valkjärvi beach to Pessa lean-to on Kukkola beach.

The group departure for the trip is at 12:00 from the Valkjärvi beach, from where you will walk to the Pessa lean-to shelter on the opposite shore of the lake. The campfire will be lit at 12:30. You can also arrive at the lean-to directly on your own.

The trip is intended for participants of all ages. Please note that the journey is too strenuous for very young children, and small children need to be accompanied by their own caregiver. There is some snow in the terrain, but access to the lean-to may not be unobstructed.

The municipality of Hollola will provide sausages and juices to participants.

The tour ends at 2:00 PM, after which participants leave the lean-to on their own routes.
