Special youth work

Things in a knot? Special youth work helps when life rattles or smiles.

We don't have a topic that we can't tackle together! Together we can think about how to solve life's problems, or just talk about everyday joys and sorrows. Special youth work is preventive and remedial work that is best implemented in a multidisciplinary network together with the young person. We help you find the right helpers if our skills are not enough. The target group of special youth work is young people aged 11-29. Special youth work starts from the needs of young people and is carried out as both individual and group activities, for example in young people's "living rooms", schools and events.

Mesta is a meeting place for young people aged 11-24 in the Bunkker of the Salpakkanka school. There are guided activities and activities organized by the young people themselves. There are also small-scale coffee shops.

In Mesta you can meet friends, play different games from billiards to board games. Participate in guided activities or talk with employees. Employees help young people in various life situations and support needs. Employees also direct young people to the necessary services. You can talk confidentially about any matter with the employees.
