Environmental health

Environmental health services are organized in Hollola together with the surrounding municipalities: Asikkala, Hartola, Heinola, Hollola, Iitti, Kärkölä, Orimattila, Padasjoki and Sysmä.
The tasks of environmental health in Päijät-Häme include e.g. food control and control of the quality of domestic and bathing water. In addition, environmental health is responsible for animal protection and animal disease control. Päijät-Häme environmental health also organizes the municipal veterinary services in its area of ​​operation.
