Geopark weeks

Geopark weeks are spent in the Salpauselkä UNESCO Global Geopark area.

Salpausselkä Geopark weeks are held annually and Geopark-themed events are organized in various parts of the six municipalities in internationally valuable areas. Among the events are guided tours and musical experiences in nature. Most of the events are open to everyone and free of charge, some have a limited number of participants, pre-registration and / or a participation fee. The events are announced on the Salpausselkä Geopark website and on the municipality's social media channels.

The events are part of the joint European Geopark Weeks of the European UNESCO Global Geopark sites.
