Forests and green areas

There are a total of approximately 66 hectares of managed green areas in the municipality of Hollola. The areas include meadows and lawns, trees, shrubs and perennials in parks and traffic areas. All playgrounds are also included in managed green areas. Furniture, benches, trash cans and play equipment located in the areas are also included in the scope of management.

In Hollola, the maintenance of green areas has been arranged as a purchased service so that in 2025-2030, the maintenance service for green areas will be handled by Viherpalvelut Hyvönen Oy.
