Station plans

The site plan is a detailed plan of what will be built in the area and how the area will otherwise be used. The building may not be built in violation of the site plan. The site plan also confirms the names of streets, parks, outdoor recreation areas and squares. The municipality is responsible for urban planning in its own area and the plan is approved by the municipality. Everyone whose conditions or interests are affected by site planning has the right to participate in the site planning process and to contribute to it. Beach station plan

A beach area plan is often drawn up to organize holiday accommodation in the beach area. The landowner can draw up a beach station plan for the beach area he owns. The municipality is responsible for the zoning of beach areas. In general, you may not build on the waterfront zone of a water body without a waterfront station plan or a general plan that has been separately found to be valid as a basis for a building permit. Even repair and extension construction requires compliance with the formula.
Everyone whose conditions or interests are affected by beach station zoning has the right to participate in the zoning process.
