You can apply for a subsidy from the municipality for the construction, renovation and maintenance of a private road.

Hollola's vitality committee decides on the criteria for municipal subsidies for private roads and distributes the municipal subsidies to the roads within the framework of the subsidy criteria and the budget approved by the council. If eligibility for municipal aid has not been applied for before, the right to receive aid or a change in the number of points must be applied for by the end of January. Annual grants for the previous year's costs must normally be applied for by March 31.

Before applying for subsidies, the road authority must join the maintenance subsidy system for private roads maintained by the municipality. The road authority must also notify significant changes that have occurred in the road authority, such as changes in the total length of the road in order to recalculate the scoring of the aid system.

The aforementioned joining the maintenance assistance system and notifications of changes to the total length of the road are made via the attached basic information form. Notifications of the previous year's changes must be submitted to the municipality by the end of January of the following year at the latest.
