Hollola public transport is formed organized by the regional authority from line traffic (LSL), its complementary, market-based traffic provided by entrepreneurs and service and business traffic provided by the municipality.

The city of Lahti acts as a regional authority, which, under the leadership of the joint public transport board of the member municipalities, is responsible for e.g. on the organization of line traffic, planning, ticket systems, communication and tendering.

The city of Hämeenlinna is responsible for traffic between Hämeenlinna-Lammi-Lahti.
