Streets and traffic

The flow of traffic and the streets and their maintenance are a significant part of living comfort and safety. In Hollola, traffic and street planning aims to take into account the needs of all modes of transport. To support LSL's line traffic, Hollola organizes service and business traffic within the municipality.

The streets

The municipality of Hollola is responsible for the streets and other public areas in the master plan areas.

Public roads

The Uusimaa ELY Center is responsible for the public roads located in the territory of Hollola municipality.

Private roads

The road management of private roads is the responsibility of the private road municipalities or road partners in a mutually agreed upon manner.

Public transport

Hollola's public transport consists of local public transport (LSL) organized by the regional authority, complementary market-based transport provided by entrepreneurs, and service and business transport provided by the municipality.

Service traffic
