Dog park

In the dog park, your dog can run free and play with other dogs.

There are good, illuminated pedestrian connections to the dog park via Terveystie, Keskuskuja or Mäntymäki. If you arrive by car, the parking lot is at Central alley 1, from which the dog park is about 200m away.
There is no access to the dog park area via Mursketie.

The dog park has received funding from the ELY Centre through Päijänne-Leader.

The dog park has separate enclosures for small and large dogs. Access to the enclosures is through the vestibule. The dog park area is illuminated.

To ensure that dogs' outdoor activities at the dog park run smoothly, please familiarize yourself with the dog park's rules.

• you are responsible for your dog
• put your dog's waste in the trash can
• Report any defects or inconveniences you notice to the number listed on the information board.
• Unvaccinated, angry, sick or in heat dogs may not be brought into the park.
• Make sure your dog's barking does not disturb nearby residents between 22 p.m. and 07 a.m.
• Close the gate
• keep the area clean
