The Hollola council has approved a well-being plan for 2025–2029. The plan defines the municipality's goals for promoting the well-being and health of its residents and the key measures to achieve them. The well-being plan is based on an extensive well-being report and the Päijät-Häme well-being and health promotion tips. Its aim is to strengthen the participation of the municipality's residents, promote mental well-being, improve everyday safety and support healthy lifestyles.

Strengthening senior work and developing outreach senior work

Promoting new community meeting places, such as Hollola House

3. Everyday safety

Clear and accessible communication and response to feedback

Organizing safety and community evenings and workshops

Improving traffic safety and creating safe living environments

4. Alcoholism and healthy lifestyles

Establishing physical education counseling, school physical education activities, and senior guidance

Developing sports conditions

Strengthening cooperation with organizations and volunteers

Monitoring and reporting

The implementation of the well-being plan is monitored annually through a well-being report, which is reviewed annually by the council. The reporting is based on both monitoring indicators and an evaluation of the measures taken.

The plan supports the municipality's strategy and goals of being a prosperous and attractive municipality.
