Someturva has been acquired due to the nationwide increase in bullying and harassment. It is a domestic online application through which the user, student or teacher, can get help and support from experts specialized in Facebook, if they have been the target of digital harassment or bullying.
The Someturva service is especially intended for children and young people who spend a lot of time on social media. Adults too, both teachers and guardians, get help and advice from the service.
The students have received help from the school to implement the service and it is used anonymously.
Instructions and an activation code for logging in have been sent to parents via Wilma (week 41/42).
