The paper survey has been sent to a limited sample of landowners in the planning area of ​​the Recycling Area and Nostava–Tikkakallio sub-general plans, as well as residents living nearby. If you have received the paper survey by post, please do not respond to the open electronic survey to avoid duplicate responses in the data.

The survey is related to the preparation of the partial master plan for the Recycling Area in the municipality. The partial master plan area is located in a forestry area on the southwest side of Highway 12 near the Nostava interchange. In the east, the area borders the Koivusillanjoki River.
The plan examines the location of a regional circular economy area and the consideration of the environmental impacts of the operation. The partial master plan for the recycling area is prepared as a legally effective partial master plan as referred to in the Land Use Act, which guides the subsequent spatial planning of the planning area.

The survey will be conducted anonymously and the respondents' answers will be processed separately. The survey answers will be compiled into a report that will be used in the assessment of the impacts of the plan. The survey will be conducted by Ramboll Finland Oy on behalf of the municipality of Hollola.
