The partial master plan area is located in the village of Nostava and is bordered by the bypass to the east, Vt 12 to the north, Koivusillanjoki to the west and Koskimyllyntie to the south. The plan explores the location of a more distant future station complex, business areas and a regional rail-truck terminal in the target area.

The partial master plan area is located in the forestry area, southwest of Vt 12, near the Nostava interchange.
The plan examines the location of a regional circular economy area and the consideration of environmental impacts.
The following will be presenting the goals, planning status, and draft content of the planning projects at the public meetings:
- Nostava-Tikkakallio partial master plan draft, planning consultant Juha Riihiranta, Ramboll Finland Oy
- Recycling area partial master plan draft, planning consultant Henna Leppänen, Ramboll Finland Oy
The events also include:
- Green Logistics, circular economy and logistics development project, project manager Kimmo Haapea, LADEC Ltd
- Hollola Municipality, master planner Pentti Klemetti and business manager Tiia Irri.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the design.

The draft partial master plan will be on display from 19.3 March to 30 April 4.2026.
