The band room offers the opportunity for regular practice during the swimming pool's opening hours. When applying for shifts, we hope that everyone will reserve only the amount of time for themselves or their band that is necessary for practice. This way, as many people as possible can use the space.

Application period and applying

The application period is 15–30.9.2026 February.

Shifts are primarily requested through the Timmi room reservation system. If necessary, a reservation request can also be submitted by email during the application period to tilavaraukset@hollola.fi.

Standard shifts will be confirmed by October 2, 2026, and standard shift operation will begin in week 41.

Shift duration and times

A single practice session is a maximum of 3 hours long. Band practice sessions can be booked from Monday to Sunday during the swimming pool's opening hours.

Weekly opening hours of the swimming pool:

  • Monday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
  • Tuesday 6.00–21.00 p.m.
  • Wednesday 9.00–21.00 p.m.
  • Thursday 6.00–21.00 p.m.

Validity of shifts

The standard shifts now being distributed are valid until the swimming pool's summer closure on June 13, 2027.

The person granting the shifts has the right to make changes to the shifts granted or cancel the shift for a justified reason, if the use of the premises, organization of the activity, safety or other essential circumstances require it.

Rental

The rent for the band space for the entire operating period is 81,83 euros, including VAT.
The entire operating period refers to the period from the second week of August to the end of the second week of June. In invoicing for standard shifts applied for now, the rent is determined in proportion to the fact that the use of standard shifts can begin no earlier than October 2, 2026.
