If the information is not submitted by the deadline, the highest fee will be charged. The payment is not corrected retroactively, but from the beginning of the month following the submission of income information.

As a reduction of income, the alimony paid and other similar costs arising from de facto family relationships are taken into account, as well as the cash benefit withheld for a fixed period of time or for a lifetime in connection with the transfer of the property (attribution). The section of the law is the so-called exclusive, i.e. all other income is taken into account except for the income mentioned in that subsection.
