From 1 August 2026, the highest customer fee according to the Municipal Early Childhood Education and Care Customer Fee Act is €335 and the lowest fee to be charged is €32.
The monthly fee is determined based on family size and gross income. The need for the service determines the amount of the child's monthly fee. The fee is determined taking into account the sibling discount, which will not change.
Service voucher customers: The ceiling price for the deductible charged by service providers approved by the municipality of Hollola may be a maximum of €75 higher than the customer fee determined for municipal early childhood education according to the Act on Customer Fees for Early Childhood Education.
Income limits for early childhood education client fees as of 1 August 2026
Early childhood education client fees are index-linked based on Section 16 of the Early Childhood Education Client Fees Act (1503/2016). Index adjustments are made every two years. The previous index adjustment was made on 1 August 2024.
