Impact on the service voucher customer
Hollola Early Childhood Education is moving to the new early childhood education customer information system, Edlevo. This will introduce new functions for early childhood education service voucher customers in the guardians' Edlevo. The first service voucher decisions have been visible in the guardians' Edlevo since the beginning of the year, and in the future the decisions will be visible in Edlevo. Service voucher customers can already edit their contact information (phone number, email address)
The following functions will be transferred to Edlevo:
– Service voucher application
– Termination of employment
– Later submission of income information
It is important to note that the following functions are not available to service voucher customers, but they are handled in accordance with the kindergarten's instructions:
– Alternate applicants
– Treatment time notification
– Absences
– Monthly overview of treatment times
– Messages
Edlevo for caregivers is available as both a mobile phone application and a browser version, and using it requires strong authentication.
