Due to the system change, we ask you to check that your invoices are being delivered. If the electronic/paper invoice does not reach you, we would ask you to contact Provincia's billing department at tel. 03 821 4019. They will send you a copy of the invoice.
In addition, there are changes to the content of invoices and for now, the information on the invoice line that forms the basis for payment is not displayed in its entirety on the invoice. The invoice structure will be corrected during 2025.
